Matured Malt Spirit


Produced using peated malt, the spirit was matured for a total of 3 months in a combination of 30L American oak bourbon and Sauternes casks, that were refreshed for a week with a mixture of sherry and port prior to filling. Only 40 bottles were produced, each individually numbered. Non-chill-filtered, naturally colored, and bottled at a cask strength of 52.7%.
