Shipping policy

We deliver anywhere in South Africa by courier.

Delivery options and costs (South Africa)
Standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days, R100
Standard delivery on orders of R1,000 or more: 3 to 5 working days, free
Express delivery: 1 to 3 working days, R200

Delivery times are estimates in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Remote areas may take longer.

Age requirement
We only sell and deliver alcohol to people aged 18 or older. The person receiving the order must be 18 or older and may be asked to show ID. We cannot leave an order with anyone under 18.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a confirmation with tracking details.

International orders
Our online store delivers within South Africa only, and we do not ship small orders internationally. For larger orders outside South Africa, please email info@primaldistillery.com with your country and the products and quantities you need, and we will let you know whether we can help and what it will cost.

Damaged or missing items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us at info@primaldistillery.com and we will make it right. See our Refund policy for more detail.
