Our Complex gin, rested on applewood staves for a month, picks up mellow notes of honey, almond, and vanilla. Silky, with subtle smoke on the finish.

Key ingredients:

Blue and Red Juniper Berries, Wild African Ginger, Rex Union Orange, Tonic Root, Snowbush and Pink Pepper. Aged on Applewood.

Tasting Notes:

Aromatic roots and herbs with a touch of smoke. smooth palette of wood, almond, and honey. Long dry finish with lingering herbs.
