A classic Negroni, reimagined with the citrus soul of Johannesburg.
Crafted in small batches at our distillery in Victoria Yards, this festive release brings a bright Jozi twist to the iconic Negroni. Designed for two, it invites you to slow down, savour the season, and raise a glass to the moments still waiting to unfold.
Begin your ritual by freezing your ice - the quiet prologue to the moment.
Pour our city-distilled Union Gin Negroni over a single clear block, let it settle, then garnish with dried citrus and a whisper of cinnamon.
From rooftop jazz bars to quiet kitchens, every pour becomes a Primal Moment — distilled by us, the founders, and lived wherever you are.
