Union Gin is built around the Rex Union orange, a rare local citrus with a storied past, and a flavour you won't meet anywhere else. It leads a bright, floral gin of orange and kumquat, lifted by orange flowers and finished with a touch of pink pepper.

Around it, a supporting cast chosen with a chemist's precision: blue and red juniper berries, pomegranate for depth, tamarind for that sweet-sour twist that keeps every sip crisp and refreshing.
